What the Evolutionaries Do

The Evolutionaries are on a mission to help young people learn strong and healthy habits. Through the programs that we offer, young people aged 12 to 17 will be supported and guided through the program to gain a better understanding of themselves and the world around them in a fun and enjoyable way.

By creating a safe space we are able to fully connect and help build strong habitual life skills with all participants.
We offer several independent programmes both within and outside of formal education systems. We are here to help create a positive and proactive change for the next generations.

Our objective is for young people to fully understand themselves, their peers and the world around them on a deeper level. We incorporate the 4 necessary areas that are crucial in developing overall wellbeing, Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual health. 

The foundations of the programmes are built on regulating the nervous system through breath practices and meditations.

We believe that every young person’s mind matters. We don't know what we don't know, right?! With the right knowledge and tools, we become better equipped to deal with life's highs and lows. Having an understanding of who we are, why we think, feel and act the way we do, gives us an unstoppable foundation to live life. Every young person deserves to be heard, to feel safe and supported with their overall wellbeing. 

By investing this energy into the next generations, we help them build stronger minds for them to create a stronger future.

 FAQ’s

  • The main programme we run is an 8 week program.

    There are 4 levels to this programme.

    The program runs outside of school hours and operates one evening a week for 8 weeks.

  • The 4 key areas that we believe to be essential in creating a solid overall wellbeing and delve into throughout the programmes are:

    Physical Health

    Mental Health

    Emotional Health

    Spiritual Health

  • Learning to regulate our system is key. We believe that understanding and practicing breath practices and meditations are key.

    These are the two foundations of the programmes regulating tools.

  • We work with 12-17 year olds.

    The classes are split into age categories:

    12-13

    14-15

    16-17

  • The maximum number of young people in our 8 week programme is 20 per age category.
